933389f758 use SurfaceTexture new scaling mode in SF 
SF now obeys SurfaceTexture's scaling mode instead
of inferring it from the buffer's size

7734ebfe47 Add set_scaling_mode() to ANativeWindow. 
This allows to specify the scaling mode independently from
the buffer size.
