25d1995862 galaxys2-common: Cleanup common tree 
- res/charger .pngs are not used anymore, we adopted aosp charging animation
- setprop ro.crypto.keyfile.userdata /efs/metadata is not used anymore,
crypto key is now at /data footer
- BOARD_USE_SAMSUNG_COLORFORMAT flag was duplicated

b0d7d4fa6f releasetools: resize system partition after flashing 
resize2fs.static is placed in install/bin, possible to run without /system mounted.
running it will resize /system to the actual system partition size,
supporting custom pits with block-based OTAs

8949b4e66c Remove DISCARD mount option from the /data fs 
The DISCARD mount option should not be enabled in Android 4.3
and later for partitions that the OS trims automatically.
The presence of this option slows down the device.

64bc8af31f galaxys2: Handle boot.img properly in ota script 
The OTA script may be run during a signing process and will not have
OUT variables defined. Use the common methods for getting the boot.img
to match standards.

98c6cc4c4c Disable digital noise gate (fixes CYAN-4506). 
This fixes CYAN-4505 (Sound cuts out at low volume) [1].
One might think that the digital noise gate (DNG) is better left enabled to
reduce the static noise but in my tests, only the "payload" audio was cut off,
while the static continued. For me it seems that this feature of the sound chip
was not intended for use in a smartphone.
