Remove all GPS code.
...
Currently gpswrapper causes a crash when booting, so for now remove it. But
since we're removing that, remove the rest of it while we're at it. If people
want to use the GPS, they can revert this commit.

Enable use of FFMPEG codecs for extended formats

this fixes m4a playback on Google Play Music for example.
