Dan Stoza ee44edd0ac SurfaceFlinger: Pass surface damage to HWC
Passes the surface damage from the incoming SurfaceFlingerConsumer
BufferQueue down to the hardware composer HAL interface, if the
HWC version number is 1.5 or greater.
