c673c70c71 Merge "Implementation of the policing of transport control key press events among multiple applications competing for the remote control focus. AudioManager defines a new API for applications to use in order to register their BroadcastReceiver for the media button as the one to receive the corresponding intent, but all applications at the same time (in an ordered broadcast). 101e77a31b Fix issue 2416481: Support Voice Dialer over BT SCO. 
- AudioPolicyManager: allow platform specific choice for opening a direct output.
 Also fixed problems in direct output management.
- AudioFliinger: use shorter standby delay and track inactivity grace period for direct output
thread to free hardware resources as soon as possible.
- AudioSystem: do not use cached output selection in getOutput() when a direct output
can be selected.
