GLES2Dbg: use 256KB chunks for lzf compression
Data format is uint32_t totalDecompressedSize, then repeat: uint32_t chunkDecompressedSize, chunkCompressedSize, chunk data. If chunkCompressedSize == 0, then chunk is not compressed.
