Do not build libsync
...
It is a not a dependency of any hwcomposer that functions properly
on Exynos 4210 devices. Only Exynos 4412 (I9300 JB) hwc depends
on it.

here but let the device tree copy it.
This lets us fork the GT-N7000 init script, which is different
