It would be nice to set the Greyscale theme as the default for the status bar icons and overlays (controls).

Such settings are stored inside themes.db which is part of the ThemesProvider app (org.cyanogenmod.themes.provider). Unfortunately this app does not read or use any XML file for defaults, making it hard/impossible to pre-configure it via an overlay.

Perhaps our only bet is to overwrite the status bar icons and overlays like was done for the wallpaper: dce7134381
