adw: Disable automatic changelog display
...
The automatic changelog display is kind of scary looking when it pops
up after a clean flash. This is appropriate for ADW's market version
but probably not for a custom ROM. Disable it via overlay, it
is still available via the options menu.

[Cleanup] Remove usage of PRODUCT_SPECIFIC_DEFINES on the kernel target now that bravo is not overriding kernels for every device. Also clean up usage of redundant WITH_WINDOWS_MEDIA and global usage of WITH_HTC_ACOUSTIC_HACK.

I'm not sure why AOSP isn't doing this already. PinyinIME and OpenWnn
are both missing directives to tell it when it should be the default, so
it thinks it's always the default, overriding LatinIME for English
locales.
