7d5d16dd75 Build FFMPEG plugin for all targets 
Mini targets didn't include FFMPEG so far.
I don't see the reason to do this, the plugin takes up minimal space.

71b1a2fca7 cm: update VideoEditor & live wallpapers packages 
This change allows us to disable these packages on devices
with limited storage.

a69dc02138 cm: Move wallpapers to a common_full Makefile. 
This reduces the size of the mini phone but keeps all feature to full
phone and tablet config.
