8b9f177f00 Use Package Manager to disable stock OTA 
This reverts commit ea14a88a2a.

Using the Package Manager prevents any danling wakelock from
killed service/receiver.

905187d142 Disable menu-key in unlock screen

93c6740d7a Trebuchet CyanogenMod config for Trebuchet Settings in menu 
Since CyanogenMod has the "trebuchet" preferences shortcut in Settings,
we can remove it from the main menu. This is a config to show that we
are running cm.

64b976529c adw: Disable automatic changelog display 
The automatic changelog display is kind of scary looking when it pops
up after a clean flash. This is appropriate for ADW's market version
but probably not for a custom ROM. Disable it via overlay, it
is still available via the options menu.

e30e45fa27 cm: Set the default IME based on locale. 
I'm not sure why AOSP isn't doing this already. PinyinIME and OpenWnn
are both missing directives to tell it when it should be the default, so
it thinks it's always the default, overriding LatinIME for English
locales.
