- Added accountId to loadAttachmentCallback/loadMessageForViewCallback - Cleaned up LegacyListener/MessagingListener. Removed the constructors which take messageId and attachmentId, which are used to bridge loadAttachmentProgress, which the callsite doesn't know these IDs. The inconsistency (only loadAttachmentProgress() uses the member messageId) doesn't look too good, so extracted this into a separate class, MessageRetrievalListenerBridge.
