We must have unique id's in order for the state to be saved automatically by the widget.

Also turned off extract mode for subject/ body as we already
did this in gmail at request of ux.

make shorter chips views for landscape where we are turning off extract mode.

per UX.
Also, uses the chips RecipientEditTextView style as a base
so that it automatically gets styling for no extract mode.
