- Show them when the mailbox list is hidden
- Data flow:
MailboxListFragment ->(Callback)-> MessageListXL ->
MessageListXLFragmentManager, which controls the action bar.
(I'm not too happy with this flow, but we can at least avoid
issuing yet another query to get these data.)
