The password label, edit text, and clear button were not
lining up correctly. Also, there needed to be more space
around the password edit text.

For some reason, Email crashes when measuring the
RecipientsEditTextView, when replying to a message. Replying to the
same message from Gmail2 doesn't cause this crash

Once again, I missed an asset in the drop, since there is actually a
sepcialized one for the message view.
Also, use styles to fill out the entire height to the header to make the
touch targets bigger, as consistent with Gmail.
