Dan Stoza f2699fc3a8 SF: Add colorTransform to DisplayInfo
Adds the colorTransform field, which defines a vendor-specific color
transform (e.g., wide gamut, sRGB, etc.) to the DisplayInfo class, and
populates it from the HWC interface.
