Jamie Gennis 3599bf2c07 SurfaceFlinger: use the HWC gralloc usage bit
This change makes SurfaceFlinger always use the
GRALLOC_USAGE_HW_COMPOSER usage bit when allocating buffers that may be
passed to the HWComposer.
