Michael Lentine 847f11e215 Refactor ConsumerBase and it's derived classes.
Move setDefaultBufferSize, setDefaultBufferFormat, and
setDefaultBufferDataSpace into ConsumerBase and remove them from
CpuConsumer and BufferItemConsumer.
