Dan Stoza	dd883c0b08	libgui: Enable -Weverything and -Werror Enables -Weverything and -Werror, with just a few exceptions for warnings we can't (or shouldn't need to) work around. This is a squashed commit based on an initial change with a couple of fixes to avoid breaking certain targets. Dan Stoza	3e96f1982f	Change BufferQueue into producer/consumer wrapper Now that BufferQueue has been split into core + producer + consumer, rewrite BufferQueue to be a thin layer over a producer and consumer interface. Eventually, this layer will be deprecated in favor of only using either the producer or consumer interface, as applicable. Change BufferQueue into producer/consumer wrapper

Now that BufferQueue has been split into core + producer + consumer,
rewrite BufferQueue to be a thin layer over a producer and consumer
interface. Eventually, this layer will be deprecated in favor of
only using either the producer or consumer interface, as applicable.
